sodafitusa.com does not ship anything. We are a review site. Orders are shipped by the official retailer, and every question about a parcel goes to the support address on your order confirmation.

Orders are described as processed promptly and shipped within the continental United States, with tracking information sent by email once a parcel is on its way.
Delivery expectations
We do not publish a delivery estimate, because we have no visibility of the retailer’s fulfilment and any number we invented would only set you up for disappointment. The confirmation email and the tracking link are the accurate sources.
One thing worth planning around: the 60-day guarantee runs from the date of purchase, not from delivery. Time in transit is time off the window.
International orders
The official page describes shipping within the continental United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, check availability, cost and any customs or import duty at the checkout before paying — import charges, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility and are not part of the advertised price.
If something goes wrong with a parcel
Late, missing, damaged or wrongly addressed — all of it goes to the retailer’s support address, with your order number. We cannot track, re-send or refund a parcel, and a message to us only delays the people who can help.
